Teak floors (varnished) Recent (3 yrs) plexiglass hatches and windows replaced Recent (3 yrs) Lifelines replaced, Satnchones rebedded. Huge salon, Cushions are good The boat is in the water and she is a very dry boat, she has a complete set of sails, the main & mizzen are a little dirty from storage and have a couple of small holes that need patching, the genoa is clean and in a lot better shape. The running rigging is complete except for the boom vangs (simple block & line), I have blocks and new snatch block for the main, but the mizzen requires the same. Depending how long the boat remains for sale. I will most likely have those bought & fitted. I need a fast sale due to spending far too much money making my dream boat a reality and having little left to enjoy with it, hence the price and I'm willing to move a little on it if sold quickly. This was my dream boat, that will take you anywhere and draws only 4'8 (shoal keel). Also included are much materials, tools, power tools, Pc nav software & Usb GPS software to hook up to your laptop, heaters, VHF, New Fire extinguishers x 3, Sexton, new Compass and much more Other notes, the boat has fitted marine air AC duel system, the system powers up and blows air, but is in need of service and is not currently working as it needs a sea water pump.
