The Mainship 34 Sedan is one of the most popular small cruisers ever built. She constructed on a fiberglass semi-displacement hull design with a fine bow entry and a full-length keel below. First of the Mainship series, the appeal of the 34 Sedan had much to do with her trawler-style profile, lower station and affordable price tag, and her greatest attraction remains her superb economy at better the trawler speeds. With a single diesel, the Mainship’s easily driven hull will cruise at 13 knots sips fuel. At a more relaxed 7-knot speed, the fuel consumption drops even more. The practical single-stateroom queen berth forward floor plan is well suited to the needs of a cruising couple. A private fiberglass molded head with vanity/mirror and stall shower make her durable and easy to clean. From the innerspring mattress to the 2 cedar-lined hanging closets luxury is not overlooked. Teak and holly sole thru out and a beautiful cherry interior. A lower helm with center opening windshield was standard in the salon which includes a convertible leather sofa; the galley is large enough for serious food preparation; and a stall shower is included in the head. Outside, the flybridge seats 6 or more extends aft and includes a folding table, propane grill and provides weather protection for the cockpit.
