Description - Houseboats
have a 1987 Hilburn Custom 50 foot Houseboat for sale. It can be seen at Brady Mountain Marina on Lake Ouachita near Hot Springs. It has an all aluminum hull. It has a single 4.3L Mercruiser V-6 main engine. Electricty for the boat comes by way of a single 50 amp cable or the 10kw Onan onboard generator. It has two Polaris rooftop air conditioners that have recently been serviced. The boat is equipped with 2, 75 gallon fuel tanks. Water storage consists of 1, 100gallon tank with 10 gallon hot water heater. Black water is contained with 1, 80 gallon holding tank. Refrigerator runs on LP gas or 110vac for at the dock. Full kitchen, with pantry. Sleeps 7, 1 queen in the master, 2 fulls,1 twin. Head has full size shower with 1 Year old, top of the line Vacuflush toilet system installed. The boat is 14 feet wide and 50 feet long. I have a slip that will go with the boat if the buyer wants it.
