I'm leaving Washington for graduate school and can't bring her with.  Perfect for the classic collector, weekending or racing. Entire main cabin area converts to a large berth, plus small fore berth.  Located at an award-winning, “Best on the Bay,” full-amenity marina, closer to DC-metro area than Annapolis (and without the hassle of Annapolis/Bay Bridge summer traffic).  Slip fees have been paid in full through April 1.  Asking reduced off-season price now, though price liable to go up in the Spring.
